This section is of most benefit to business owners who are considering doing business with Picron. Picron is a Certified Partner with Quickbooks, Xero, and Wave Accounting. We generally our clients to use the cloud-based accounting software, as it reduces a lot of risk for the business owner and allows for more flexibility. We can assist in implementing a new accounting and/or converting to a different system as well. Please see our services page for more information.

we use DIGITAL SIGNATURES TO SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY with hellosign

As part of Picron's strategy of being a technology-based accounting firm, Picron generally doesn't use wet-ink signatures at all. All engagements, tax forms, and other documents requiring signatures are completed using HelloSign. This saves the client's time and money because clients don't have to waste time traveling to our offices or waiting on postal mail in order to sign required documents. This also speeds up the process of providing services to our clients as work is primarily handled online. You will be able to sign documents digitally online using any major web browser. You will have the ability to sign documents digitally using the smartphone app on Android and Iphone for phone and tablet use.
